We got the STEMKids subscription for my 8-year-old, and honestly, the whole family ended up getting involved! The projects are hands-on, engaging, and super well-explained. Our favourite so far was the solar-powered car—it actually worked! It’s great to see my kid so excited about science instead of just watching videos. Bought this as a birthday gift for my nephew, and he’s OBSESSED. His mum sends me videos of him building the projects every month, and he’s already asking for more! Love that it’s screen-free fun but still educational. Great way to get kids thinking outside the box.

I was a little sceptical about signing up, but STEMKids really delivered. The materials are high quality, and the instructions are clear without being too complicated. Some projects were easier than expected (My son is 11), but they still sparked creativity. The monthly themes keep things fresh—last month’s remote car kit was a hit. Only wish there were more advanced options for older kids, but overall, great value
